What is an appointment is like during Covid-19?

If you were thinking of coming in for a wedding dress appointment but were unsure what they were like at the moment, let us talk you through an appointment!

First of all, make sure you book your appointment in advance as we are not taking walk-ins at the moment.  You will have the whole boutique to yourself, along with a maximum of two guests so this lets you have a relaxing appointment. All main touchpoints are cleaned between in each appointment and you are asked to use the sanitising station at the door before your appointment.

If you are feeling unwell before your appointment we ask that you let us know so we can reschedule. This also applies to us, if any of our staff are unwell we will have another bridal stylist take the appointment or reschedule.

We ask that you wear a mask during your appointment, as we will too. You will be able to search through the whole selection of dresses with your guests and our stylists are on hand to give advice and take your choices to the fitting room. We still want you to enjoy this experience so you can try on as many dresses as you like, we always recommend picking four, to begin with so we can find your perfect style.

We ask that you get into the dress yourself to reduce contact as much as possible. Once you are in your dress we will help fasten and fit you into the dress, and any pinnings that are necessary. As expected face coverings are expected to worn while this closer contact is happening! After this point your bridal stylist will step away so you can take any pictures or videos without your mask, you could even facetime another friend or family member to get some opinions.
